A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.
A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be due at lease signing and a $350.00 non-refundable floor cleaning fee will be due at the end of the lease.
Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date.
Pet Policy: 2 Pet Max, 50 lb limit. This property has a 2 pet max, pets must be under 50 lbs. Pets will be approved on a case by case basis, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $450 non refundable fee per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
